Call in for your opening and closing dates early.  Our calendar fills up quickly.

It is difficult to guarantee an actual appointment time, so we ask that we have access to your pool for the entire day that you are scheduled for service.

We need to get to where your equipment is kept easily.  Ideally, all equipment should be left out.  Please make sure that your power and water are turned on.  If we are not able to complete our work due to lack of access to your pool yard or equipment or because of no power or water, necessitating our return on a subsequent day or time, a return trip fee will be charged.

At the time of the opening, we will do everything possible to have your pool clean and fully operational.  Sometimes, however, pools do not open crystal clear and may require additional vacuuming or service.  If you would like us to return, please contact us immediately  as we do not assume that you want us to return for additional services.  In that case, return trip or service fees will be charged.

For your opening, we need you to fill your pool water to the top of the tile line or above the skimmer.  This will permit us to vacuum your pool to waste and still have enough water in the pool to leave the pump and filter running when we leave.  To do this, simply lift the skimmer lid, drop in a hose and raise the water level.

For your closing, please lower your waterline to below the skimmer.

On a safety note, customers who have a paramount floor circulation system can easily add another layer of protection again main drain entrapment.  Ask us how.
